You can schedule as many live events as you like, as there is no limit on the number of live events. The are only two restrictions on scheduling and they are:

 • You cannot schedule two live events at the same time on the same channel
 • You cannot schedule two live events using the same live source at the same time.

Other than that, you can publish your entire live event schedule for all channels so that viewers will be aware of upcoming events.

To schedule a live event, click on Schedule events, and then on the blue button labeled Create live event in the upper right corner of the list view. This will open the Create live event form. For a detailed look at each field and option in the Create live event form, see this article: All about scheduling a live event using the Create Live Event form

Description of the necessary information to schedule your live event.

 1. Title. The title of the event is required.
 2. Description. The description is optional. However, a good description helps guide your viewers and engages them before the events starts. The text field accepts markup (for example for bold) so we recommend spending time on the description to make your event attractive to viewers. It is indexed for search, so a good description also helps viewers find your event.
 3. Agenda attachment file. If you have a PDF version of the live event agenda, you can upload it here. It will be displayed on the channel page during the event.
 4. Start time and date. Enter the scheduled start time and date and make sure that you have selected the correct time zone so that it will display properly for viewers.
 5. Duration. This is not displayed, but it is used in calculating scheduling conflicts. Enter the estimated duration of the live event.
 6. Time zone. This sets the time zone for the times entered above. On the public portal, all times will be converted to the local machine time of the viewer.
 7. Live channel. Select the channel where this meeting will run. The live event will inherit the channel’s privacy setting (public or unlisted).
 8. Live source. The default live source for the selected channel will be entered by default. However, you can override this live source and select a different one according to your needs (e.g. selecting a different region or encoding method).
 9. Organization. This field is optional. You can assign an organization to the meeting and it will be transferred to the recorded asset. Organization is a filter on the home page of the public portal.

At this point you can click on Create live event to complete the scheduling of the live stream.

You can click on Show more to see the optional entries and actions such as adding a splash image for the player, uploading an attachment such as an agenda, managing the auto-start options and changing the post processing options.
